This is evident in the number of creative products, tools and services developed by Dr Long and his team over the past 5 years eg. the development of the iRI methodology for diagnostics, MiProfile survey, the safety cube, your talk matters card, the Human Dymensions Thinking Clock and numerous experiential learning exercises. These innovative ideas characterize Human Dymensions work.

 

The passion for innovative thinking and development is personality and style based, is prepared to embrace change and think beyond the square. In this regard Dr Long has developed a range of thinking tools to assist clients develop skills in critical thinking, decision making, people engagement and innovation. The key focus of the iThink approach is enabling and knowledge development. Whilst it is good to provide advice and expertise, it is also better to enable ownership and self development.

 

The development of the iThink tools emerged out of demand from organisations for ways to think of new solutions for old problems. On the basis of the iThink paradigm Dr Long has mentored a number of Human Dymensions personnel in this methodology. The Human Dymensions focus on iThink tools is on enhancing development through implicit and situated learning.
