david holland – OHS culture and psychology

David is a gifted manager and presented and has supervised large numbers of staff across various business and knows the pressures of managing a business. He was trained in civil engineering by his father Dr John Holland and continued the family business.
In 2004 David experienced a horrific workplace accident which changed his life and appearance forever. David was caught in a geotechnical drill (auger) and spent 9 month in hospital and 2 years recovering. David is now an expert presenter in OHS and PTSD and recently joined Human Dymensions. David is also an ambassador for WorkSafe Victoria.
David has more than 25 years in civil engineering, facilities management and functions management.
David has featured in numerous articles and appearances in the media including guest appearances on Channel 10 Good Morning Australia, talk back and reports in all Australian newspapers. David is an exceptional presenter and specialises in the psychology and culture of OHS in the workplace.
