Stuarte is an educator with more than 30 years experience including 20 years as an executive and principal of several colleges and schools in South Australia, Queensland and Victoria. Stuarte was a school planter and trouble shooter, an expert in effective leadership and change management.
Stuarte has founded four schools one of them is now one of the largest colleges on the Queensland Gold Coast. Stuarte has also been called in to schools which for various reasons have been failing and troubled. Stuarte has been able to bring schools “back to life” and rejuvenate staff and develop new clients. To develop schools with staff groups in excess of 90 staff requires exceptional people and management skills.
Stuarte is much more than just a past Principal of more than six schools and colleges, he is an expert in management and executive coaching and is currently undertaking extensive school culture reviews for some of the largest schools in Australia.
