diagnostic – interactive rapid interface methodology (iRI)

The key to the diagnostic work is the Interactive Rapid Interface methodology (iRI) developed by Dr Long. iRI diagnostics utilises real time and face-to-face keypad technology to gather data. iRI uses a cross-factorial structure to analyse issues with embedded (yet undetected) codes which assist later analysis. Some of the codes embedded in iRI include: a competing values framework, organisational dynamics keys, heuristics, psychosocial and sub-cultural driver keys, team and personality indicators.
