Workshop Overview
This is a one-off opportunity to study with Dr Long and team in SPoR in Europe.
The 5 day program though pitched at advanced level is open to anyone interested in how SPoR methods help tackle risk and safety.
The outcome of the workshop program is as follows:

28 June – Semiotic Walk

- Mathausen Nazi Concentration Camp (near Linz)
29 June – Advanced iCue
- Levels and layers of iCue listening
30 June – Advanced iCue Tools

- Deep level iCue tools
- Software tools for iCue reporting
Expected Outcomes
By the conclusion of the workshops participants will:

- Learn SPoR principles and methods of work
- Better understand human judgment and decision making
- Learn how semiotics influences culture
- Practice SPoR skills in iCue listening and observations
- Tackle gaps evident in traditional approaches to risk
- Learn mature approaches to engaging others
- Improve understanding of self, style and influencing
- Sharpen risk intelligence
- Learn the psychology of goals, motivation and perception
- Tackle wickedity in risk and cultural challenges
